I started doing this for friends and family, then word of mouth turned it into a full-time thing. Most of my work is diagnostics, brakes, batteries, and starter/alternator swaps — the kind of stuff dealerships overcharge for and general shops want to keep on the lift for two days.
I keep a YouTube channel (search PinoyTruckersYYC) with the kind of repair videos I wish more shops showed customers. No upsell, no scare tactics. If it's not broken, I'll tell you it's not broken.
